If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at
support@fearnotliving.com
include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Herbal tea:
Due to the nature of our products, Fear Not items are considered hygiene and consumable goods.
To uphold the highest standards of safety, purity, and quality, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Apparel:
Apparel items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if In original condition(unworn and unwashed)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Non-consumable:
Non-consumable items (such as accessories) may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
